Refund policy

At GugguCreations, all our products (pregnancy journals, baptism keepsake books, and story e-books) are digital downloads delivered as PDF files.

Because our products are digital:

  • Once a file has been downloaded, we are unable to offer a refund.

  • All sales of digital products are final.

Exceptions We will happily offer a replacement or refund if:

  • You did not receive a working download link or file after purchase.

  • The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or does not match the product description.

If you experience any issue with your download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, including your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.

Order cancellations If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the file has not yet been downloaded, we can process a cancellation and refund.
